Strawberry cheesecake pops: I got this idea from a cooking show she made strawberry cheesecake milkshakes!!
 So there's no recipe. I put about 6-7 strawberry's in a blender with a little water & blended,
 then I strained it & put back in blender, added heavy cream, vanilla, about 1\3 pkg of cream cheese softened in microwave,
 splenda to taste. Then blend till smooth, tasted & added more splenda till sweet enough. Then freeze for 4 hrs.

 Swedish meatballs: 1 lb. ground beef, 1 egg, 1/2 c parmesan, handful of dried minced onion, salt, pepper,
 seasoning salt, mix well & make small meatballs, brown in oil, in batches.
 Then add about 1/2 c of beef broth, heavy cream (the sm.carton) & a sm. sour cream!!
 I added the sour cream after it was boiling & whisk it!! Add meatballs back,
 then cook till desired thickness & salt & pepper to taste!!! So good!!! the gravy is to die for!

BBQ pork skin fried pork chops:

Finely crush the pork skins, rinse off the chops in cold water, then coat in crushed skins, then fry till golden brown & crisp. Collard greens: Canned greens cooked w/ bacon grease & salt & pepper.

Steak & Gravy, garlic cauliflower: Cut cube steak into bite size pieces,season with seasoning salt & pepper,in a hot pan heat a little oil & sautee steak till nice & brown, then take a pint of heavy cream & pour around the pan, simmer with salt & pepper to taste until nice & thick. Cauliflower: I use a frozen bag, I put it in a bowl with hot water to get the chill off, drain & dry with paper towels, then heat some butter & oil in pan, add cauliflower, sautee with salt, pepper,& garlic powder till golden brown & tender, also I usually add more butter as it cooks.

Zoodles stir fry:I used my veggetti to make the zoodles, then put them on some paper towels to soak up some of the moisture. then I sauteed onion,red bell pepper & garlic, then add the zoodles & sautee till tender, then add soy sauce to taste!!

Zoodles & chicken alfredo: Make zoodles w/ veggetti,boil zoodles in water till tender not mushy, sautee bite size chicken breast in butter,add 2 cloves minced garlic,tablespoon more butter ,parmesan cheese, salt & pepper & zoodles cook for about 10-15 mins. then plate & put parmesan on top.

Low carb tortilla pizza: I use a 4 net carb tortilla, I rub a little oil on both sides, then add pizza sauce, whatever toppings you want & bake till crispy.

creamy vinaigrette dressing: 2 cloves of grated garlic, salt & pepper,1 tbls red wine vinager,1 tbls dijon mustard,1 tbls worstershire sauce, ( shake these well) then add next ing.1/2 cup of oil, ( I use canola) ( shake well ) than add next ing.  5-6 tbls Mayo (Shake really well) I use a pickle relish jar to make this!! also, you can stop at the mayo, for a vinaigrette dressing!!

 Breakfast meatballs: 2 lbs. sausage, 1 lb ground beef, 2 eggs,2 tbs dehydrated minced onion, 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese, pepper, I add a little onion powder to mine also. preheat oven 350, mix well, make meatballs & bake for 25 mins. I put foil in pan for easy clean up!!

Sugar free no bake strawberry cheesecake: 1-8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup splenda, 1 TBS lemon juice, 1 Tsp vanilla, 3/4 container of whipped topping. Beat cream cheese & sugar till smooth,add lemon juice,& vanilla, mix till combined, add whipped topping, mix well. Put in a pie pan & chill for at least 1 hr. Cut about 8 strawberries & mix with 1/3 cup of splenda & chill. After cheesecake is chilled, cover with the strawberry`s. For the ones who don`t eat whipped topping, you can make your own whipped cream & substitute!! Also, the next time I make this I will make a pecan nut crust!!

Garlic green beans: Canned green beans, TBS. butter, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 a small tomato chopped,pepper, garlic powder.Melt TBS of butter, add garlic, sautee for just a min, add green beans, chopped tomato, pepper & a sprinkle of garlic powder. Simmer until tomatoes are tender, about 15-20 mins.

BBQ pork skin breaded chicken strips: chicken  breasts, crushed BBQ pork skins, egg wash, oil for frying. Cut chicken into strips, put them in the beaten egg with a little milk or cream, place in the bag with the crushed pork skins, shake & press so they stick well, heat oil in skillet till hot, add strips, cook until golden brown & crispy!!

Blue cheese dressing:

3/4 cup sour cream, 1-1/2 cups mayo,1/2 teas garlic powder, 1 teas wostershire sauce, salt& pepper, whisk together with a little milk to thin out, then add 1/2 of 5 oz. container of blue cheese crumbles!! So Yummy!!

cauliflower casserole

1 head of cauliflower cut into small pieces ( I use frozen thawed under hot water then drained real well)
diced onion
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 0z cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/3 cup bacon bits
 salt & pepper

miix all ing. together except for cauliflower
then add cauliflower & coat well, then put mixture in a buttered pan, add some cheddar cheese on top.
Bake at 375 for 40 mins. or until cauliflower is tender

Cinnamon cheesecake muffins:

1 Pkg. softened cream cheese

1 egg

4 pkts splenda

1 teaspoon vanilla

with a mixer, blend cream cheese, add rest of ingredients, mix until smooth.Put in muffin papers, then make a mixture of cinnamon & splenda, sprinkle on top of each muffin. Take a toothpick and swirl it in on the top.Bake in preheated 350 oven for 25-30 mins. Makes 5. I Like to eat mine with whip cream on top.

Fried Rice
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
2 slices of diced ham (was all I had, but shrimp or chicken would be really good)
3 cloves minced garlic
1- bag of frozen cauliflower Rice
soy sauce

sautee onion & green pepper in a little bit of oil, Salt & pepper, till tender,then add the garlic.
Cook for a few mins. then add cauliflower rice. Cook for about 10-15 mins more stirring ever once in awhile. Then add soy sauce to taste, & pepper.
