Hot flashes & this Texas heat

So, I started having hot flashes when I was 44!! I am now 53!! So, that means I have been having them for almost 10 years!!! They are no joke that's for sure!!! So it is Aug. here in Texas, in the 100`s as usual!!! You put that kind of heat with a hot flash, it is not fun!!! Come on Fall, I am so ready!! I really Hate you menopause!!!
